Bread pudding great for dessert or breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for bread pudding

9 slices Nature's Own Light Wheat Bread
3 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
6 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for bread pudding

  1. Put 1 1/2 slices of bread in individual baking dish

  2. mix other ingredients

  3. Add 3/4 c. splenda

  4. Pour over bread

  5. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour

  6. Cool and chill
