Recipe Ingredients for Bread Pudding

12 oz Egg, Whole
6.5 oz Sugars, Granulated
26 oz Whole Milk
1/5 oz Vanilla Beans
10 oz French Baguette

Recipe Directions for Bread Pudding

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, and milk and strain.

  2. Add the vanilla bean.

  3. Cut the bread into 1-in. cubes and place in desired dish(es).

  4. Remove the vanilla bean and pour the custard over the bread cubes, ensuring that the bread is fully submerged.

  5. Bake the pudding in a water bath at 325 degrees F until pudding is firm.
