Not very healthy dessert but very yummy.

Recipe Ingredients for Bread Pudding

1 lb of white bread
6 2/3 cups of 2% milk (hot)
5 eggs (beaten)
3 1/3 cups of sugar
3 1/3 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1 2/3 cups of raisins
1/4 cup of butter

Recipe Directions for Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. In a large mixing bowl, pour hot milk over bread. Blend eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Stir egg mixture into the bread mixture and blend well. Add raisins. Mix well

  3. Melt the butter and pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Pour bread mixture over the butter. Bake for 40minutes or until firm and golden brown. Serve hot or cold
