Bread pudding with caramel and pudding topping

Recipe Ingredients for Bread Pudding

1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 cups bread
1/4 cup raisins
3 eggs
150 grams vanilla pudding

Recipe Directions for Bread Pudding

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, raisins, evaporated milk. Pour over 4 cups of cubed bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 mins.

  2. For the sauce/topping. Use instant pudding mix and mix in milk until the consistency is that of pudding but slightly thinner. Use caramel sauce and drizzle over bread pudding for a finishing touch.
