Modified from banana's foster banana bread recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Bread pudding (modified banana rum)

480 g banana bread
6 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar splenda
2 tbls nutmeg
14 oz condensed milk
16 oz 2% milk
2 tblsp rum
1 cup pecans, chopped
3 bananas

Recipe Directions for Bread pudding (modified banana rum)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Tear banana bread and spread evenly in greased 13 by 9-inch glass baking dish.

  3. Whip together eggs, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well mixed.

  4. Add milk, vanilla and rum extract; whip until frothy and uniform.

  5. Fold in sliced bananas and chopped pecans.

  6. Pour mixtgure over bread pieces and let sit at least 10 minutes so bread can absorb mixure.

  7. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake 45 minutes or until slightly set in center.
