Recipe Ingredients for Bread pudding with apples

8 slice Bread, White, Commercially Prepared
5 large Egg, Whole
120 grams 67% Buttery Spread
100 grams Sugars, Brown
400 grams 2% Partly Skimmed Milk
2 medium (3") Apples
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
14 g Vanilla Sugar

Recipe Directions for Bread pudding with apples

  1. Heat the milk and melt the butter and sugar in it.

  2. Beat the eggs, add the cinnamon.

  3. Mix the eggs with the milk mixture.

  4. Break the bread in small pieces. Peal the apples and cut them in small cubes.

  5. Put the bread and the apples in the rice-cooker and pour over the milk-egg mixture.

  6. Cook on the slow-cook program. (I have the Sanyo ECJ-D100S 10-Cup Micom Rice cooker )
