500 gram Spelt Flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoon yeast
300 ml water

Recipe Directions for Bread home-made

  1. put in water first, then salt, sugar and oil

  2. put flour, using 400 gm white flour and the rest different grains for variety.

  3. yeast on top.

  4. set machine to wholemeal cycle, 1 kg loaf
