Recipe Ingredients for Bread and Ham Salad

56 g lettuce
81 g onion, diced
123 g tomatoes, diced
31 g gherkins, pickle
20 g black olives, oxidated
56 g white bread
1/2 fruit limes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp tomato paste
17 g ham, cured
1/2 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Bread and Ham Salad

  1. Dice every other vegetable and ham.

  2. Toast bread and cut it in small cubes.

  3. Mix vegetables, ham and bread in bowl.

  4. Season with lime juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, tomato paste and salt.
