The best bread dough I have found.

Recipe Ingredients for Bread Dough - Ben's Cinnamon Rolls

1 1/2 cup 1% milk
2 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. salt
15 g Mash Dry Potato Instant 3 Tbsp
2 tbsp. yeast
12 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Bread Dough - Ben's Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Warm in microwave first 3 ing. until butter melts

  2. Mix next 6 ing. together

  3. Add wet ing. to egg mixture

  4. Add flour in mixing bowl - 5 cups

  5. Mix in gradually the next 5 cups

  6. Remove from mixer and nead in 2 more cups or until no longer sitcky.

  7. Let raise in large bowl 45 min.

  8. Punch down and raise again for 45 min.

  9. Roll out into rolls or make into cinnamon rolls

  10. Yields 4 dozen
