Recipe Ingredients for Bread - Corn / Pćo - Broa de Milho

200 g corn flour
200 g wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
300 ml warm water

Recipe Directions for Bread - Corn / Pćo - Broa de Milho

  1. in a bowl mix the flours, the yeast and the salt

  2. slowly add the water until the dough no longer sticks to the side of the bowl or the fingers

  3. place the dough on the table and knead it for a while

  4. flour the oven tray and place the dough on top

  5. flour the dough and cover it with a clean tea towel

  6. let it rest

  7. once the dough has doubled the volume bake it in hot oven (200ŗC)

  8. remove when bread is cooked and golden
