Recipe Ingredients for Bread and Butter Pudding

2 eggs
6 slices white bread
5 tablespoons Sugar
2 Bananas
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon Butter

Recipe Directions for Bread and Butter Pudding

Butter bread on one side. Grease Small dish. Layer bread with butter side up in dish and put slices of banana between each layer. Whisk milk, eggs, cinnamon and sugar together and pour over the bread. Leave to sit for 30 mins. Cook in preheated oven at 180degrees celsius for 30 mins
