Recipe Ingredients for Bread & Butter Pudding

5 slices whole wheat bread
5 slices white bread
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tbsp butter
2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
5 tbsp golden raisins
4 eggs
3 tbsp heavy cream
3 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Bread & Butter Pudding

  1. cut bread into cubes

  2. lightly beat eggs

  3. melt butter in pot with cinnamon and nutmeg

  4. beat milk cream and sugar

  5. add egg to cream and beat well

  6. beat in butter

  7. put raisins with bread in greased baking pan

  8. pour pudding over

  9. mix well

  10. bake 350 for 30-40 mins until pudding is set and bread is golden brown
