Recipe Ingredients for Bread - Brownie for breakfast! 2

1 1/2 cups oats
1 1/2 cup Soy Flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp baking powder
1/8 cup peanut butter
2 egg whites
1 egg
1 1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
3 tbsp cup Butter Milk, powder
3 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Bread - Brownie for breakfast! 2

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Mix all dry, then all wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.

  4. Bake at 350 F for about an hour

  5. Makes 1 loaf bread
