Recipe Ingredients for Bread: Biscuits

10 oz flour
1/2 c crisco
4 g salt
1/2 t baking soda
2 t baking powder
3/4 c milk
1/4 c lowfat yogurt

Recipe Directions for Bread: Biscuits

  1. mix dry

  2. cut in shortening

  3. add liquid ingredients

  4. mix and shape by dropping dollops into a bowel of flour to lightly coat

  5. bake in a cast iron pan, or casserole
