The servings are quite big, that's why I added another one with 12 servings, which are much more reasonable sizes. Still high sugar/calories! Yummy.

Recipe Ingredients for Brazilian Pudim de Leite Condensado (big servings)

3 large eggs (use 2 when extra large)
800 g sweetened condensed milk (2 cans)
500 g 1% milk (use cans as measure, one for each can of condensed milk)
7 tsp sugar for caramel sauce

Recipe Directions for Brazilian Pudim de Leite Condensado (big servings)

  1. Caramelize sugar in pan. When sugar is all melted add 3 Tsp of water and mix until homogeneous. pour in circular pan with whole in the middle and spread to all sides and bottom (it will harden).

  2. Blend the other ingredients and pour over the caramelized pan.

  3. Cook in the oven (350 F) for about 30 minutes in "bain Marie" (inside another pan with water).

  4. Let it cool down and turn over in a deep (need space for caramel sauce that will form while cooking)decorative plate.
