Recipe Ingredients for Brazilian black beans

1.5 large Onions
3 serving Garlic Cloves
39 g Thick Sliced Bacon
2.5 serving Reduced Fat Smoked Pork Sausage
2 serving Pure Vegetable Oil
500 grams Beans, Black, Mature Seeds

Recipe Directions for Brazilian black beans

Soak beans overnight. Drain water then boil rapidly for 10 mins before reducing, covering and simmering for 30 mins. In a pan fry garlic, onion, bacon and sausage. Add to drained beans. Add more water and boil till a thick yummy consistency. Season to taste
