I modified this recipe to use an oven as a steamer. But you could use a steamer. To reheat take a few tablespoons of water and put in a frying pan with a lid. Steam for a few minutes and then fry to lightly brown the outsides.

Recipe Ingredients for Bratwust

2 cup Tofu, Okara
2 3/10 cups gluten
6 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mace
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp cumin
4 tsp paprika (smoked)
1 tsp Cardamom
1 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard

Recipe Directions for Bratwust

  1. Mix together everything except the wheat gluten in a food processor. Dump into bowl then add the glueten and mix into a soft dough. Heat oven to 325

  2. Take a roasting pan and put about 1/2 inch of water in it. Add a rack so that the sausage will not be in the water. Tear foil into 4" wide strips. Form sausage in middle of foil and wrap loosely securing each end with a twist. Place on roasting rack. Seal the pan with more tin foil so no steam can escape. Bake for 50 minutes allow sausage to cool a bit in wrappers
