A variation on the recipe on the Red Mill bran package (also doubled). That one uses raisins and no oat bran. Here I used oat bran in place of some of the flour. It turns out to be more calorie dense than wheat bran, and lower in fiber and protein, and higher in fat too! Even compared gram to gram. This nutrition information isn't really accurate. I used Oat bran, not "oats", it's not in the software. Oat bran is lower cal than oatmeal. The software also doesn't know how to add whole wheat flour, and uses regular. I used mixed dark and light molassas, and two over-ripe bananas here. This is low oil version: normally use 2Tb per dozen.
