  1. Set oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

  2. Melt margarine.

  3. Boil water.

  4. Add water to margarine and mix in sugar and salt until dissolved.

  5. Add flour little by little until dough is formed.

  6. Add sunflower seeds.

  7. Add eggs.

  8. Add baking powder and divide dough between bread tins.

  9. Put in oven for 60-90 minutes or until it's cooked.

  10. Take out and leave to cool.

  11. Once cool, cut into pieces and pack on baking tray.

  12. Dry pieces in oven with door open at 70 degrees Celsius.
