Recipe Ingredients for Bran muffins - yoga book

3 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups bran
1 cup dry milk
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cups water
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup molasses
3/4 cup honey
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Bran muffins - yoga book

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together, then add remainder.

  2. Batter is quite wet - do not over bake

  3. bake at 350 for 15-20 min
