4 serving 1% Partly Skimmed Milk

2/3 cup Olive Oil
16 oz Carrots
4 medium Apple Apples
1 1/2 cup Raisins, Seedless
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 cup Carbalose Low-carb white flour (1)
4 tsp Baking Powder
4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
100 grams Walnut Pieces
