Bran muffins with optional raisins

Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins

10 tsp Margarine, Regular, Hard
1/2 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1.69 oz Molasses
2 large Egg, White
1 cup 1% Milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
3 serving (Quaker) natural wheat bran
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins

  1. Cream together margarine and sugar.

  2. Add molasses and eggs and beath together well

  3. Add milk and then bran

  4. Combine flour, bakin gpowder and baking soda together

  5. Add to liquid ingredients

  6. Add raisins

  7. Place in muffin pan an bake 18 - 20 minutes on 400 degrees
