So good - sweet, but not too sweet, nice crunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins

1 quart Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
4 large Egg, Whole
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
2 cup Bran Buds
2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
12 cup White Flour, Unbleached
2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins

Mix together milk, eggs, oil, baking soda. Mix rest of ingredients and slowly combine to wet ingred. Let sit in fridge overnight. Keeps in fridge for a week.
