From the Delicious Quick-Trim Diet While these muffins may not be the tastiest treats, they are low cal and low fat. The original recipe calls for rasins but I opted for blueberries instead. As well I used soy milk instead of buttermilk or yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins

1.5 cup Organics Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup Bran Flakes
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 serving So Good Vanilla
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.25 cup Molasses

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a medium sized bowl combine wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry until moistened (you will probably have some of the wet ingredient mixture left over). Pour into greased 2" muffin pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
