Bran muffins made from All Bran cereal.

Recipe Ingredients for Bran muffins

1.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
2 cup Original Cereal
1.25 cup Whole Milk
1 medium Egg, Whole
4 oz Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for Bran muffins

  1. Stir together four, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

  2. Combine cereal and milk, leave for a couple minutes until cereal softens. Add egg and oil, stir.

  3. Add flour mixture and stir until combined.

  4. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
