A moist whole wheat breakfast muffin similar to Buttermilk All Bran Muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins

2 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular Soft
1 cup, packed Raisins, Seedless
1 cup Bread Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
75 grams Sugar Light Brown
0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Whole Milk, 8 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins

  1. boil 1 cup of water, add raisins and margarine

  2. in a separate mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients

  3. add yogurt to water and raisins; mix into dry ingredients until moist. Do not over mix.

  4. divide into 12 greased muffin tins (use non-stick spray or cupcake liners, sprayed). Fill to 3/4 full.

  5. Bake at 350 for 15-18 mn
