Combine first 2 cups of All Bran and boiling water Mix and allow to cool Add all other ingredients and mix well Bake at 350 deg for 17 minutes

Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins

2 cups water, boiling
2 cups All Bran
25 oz applesauce
2 1/2 cups Splenda
4 eggs
1 quart buttermilk
5 cups whole wheat flour
5 tsps baking soda
5 tsps baking powder
4 cups All Bran
1 cup dried blueberries
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup craisins
2 cups walnuts

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins

  1. Combine 1st 2 Cups All Bran and boiling water

  2. Mix and allow to cool

  3. Add all other ingredients; mix well

  4. Bake at 350 deg for 17 minutes (My oven)
