Nice breakfast muffin, fewer calories than most I've seen.

Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins

1 1/2 cups skimmed milk
1 1/2 cups flour
3 cups bran flakes
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cups brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix.

  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
