Recipe Ingredients for bran muffins

1 1/2 cup of bran
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
1 cup peaches
1/3 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for bran muffins

  1. bring together dry ingredients and mix with fruits.

  2. bring together wet ingredients.

  3. fold wet into dry, without mixing too much.

  4. 400 degress - 20 minutes
