Bran muffins with raisins and pecans

Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins

2 cups bran flakes
1 cup 1% milk
1 egg
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins

  1. Mix bran flakes and milk together and let stand for 2 minutes.

  2. Add egg to raisins.

  3. Mix in rest of ingredients.

  4. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
