Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins

1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup bran flakes
1 cup Brown Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 cup Buttermilk (i95502)
2 egg whites
0.33 cup sugar
2 tablespoons molasses

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl except for sugar.

  2. Combine wet ingredients and sugar with mixer until blended in another separate bowl.

  3. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and fold until just mixed.

  4. Spoon into muffin tin for 13 muffins and bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.
