Recipe Ingredients for BRAN MUFFINS

1/2 cup BUTTER
1 cup BROWN SUGAR
2 1/2 cups FLOUR
3 cups WHEAT BRAN
1 cup HOT WATER
2 EGGS
1 tsp SALT
1 tsp BAKING SODA
2 cups MILK

Recipe Directions for BRAN MUFFINS

  1. BEAT BUTTER AND SUGAR TOGETHER.

  2. ADD HOT WATER TO 1 CUP BRAN AND LET SOAK.

  3. BEAT EGGS AND ADD TO SOAKED BRAN.

  4. ADD EGG MIXTURE TO BUTTER MIXTURE AND BLEND.

  5. ADD SALT AND BAKING SODA TO FLOUR AND REMAINING BRAN AND BLEND.

  6. MIX FLOUR MIXTURE TO BUTTER MIXTURE.

  7. ADD MILK TO THE FLOUR AND BUTTER MIXTURE.

  8. BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 10 TO 14 MINUTES.

  9. YOU ARE DONE.
