Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins

1/4 cup soy flour
1/3 cup fiber one
1/4 cup unprocessed bran
1/3 cup white whole wheat flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup carrot
1 medium apple
1/3 cup applesauce
1/6 cup skim milk
1/6 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons coconut

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins

Crush fiber one, mix all ingredients in bowl and cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
