page 14 in muffins book. I used soy milk because that is what i had. Used splenda brown sugar(1/4 cup) so i never counted it.

Recipe Ingredients for Bran muffins

1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup raisins
1 cup soy milk
1 cup natural bran
1/3 cup canola oil
3 tbsp molasses

Recipe Directions for Bran muffins

  1. Stir together flour, bp, bs and raisins. Mix buttermilk with bran and let stand 5 minutes.

  2. Addd remaining ingred to bran mixture in order given. Beat with spoon until mixed. Pour into well in first bowl. Stir just to moisten. Batter will be lumpy. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full/ Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
