Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
2 tbsp molasses
1 1/2 cups bran
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins

Add first 5 ingredients. Mix rest of ingredients in another bowl. Blend until jst combined. Bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes.
