classic taste but lower fat. There is more fiber than listed, the calculator uses bleached flower. I make a double batch and keep in a ziploc bag in the fridge for one week.

Recipe Ingredients for bran muffins

1 cup wheat bran
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup molasses (dark)
3/4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
1 tbsp canola oil
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for bran muffins

whisk eggs before mixing in. Combine ingredients and bake in 400 degree oven for approx 15 minutes.
