Whole Wheat Bran Muffin with apples, raisins, and pecans

Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins

1 1/2 cups bran cereal
1 cup lowfat milk
1 tbsp vinegar
1 egg
1/3 cup canola oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 small diced apple
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins

Mix cereal and milk. Let stand 10 minutes. Mix all liquids with cereal and milk. Mix all dry ingredients and add to liquids. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
