high fiber/low fat bran muffin recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Bran muffins

2 cups all bran cereal
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup prunes
1/4 cup applesauce
1 egg
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Bran muffins

add dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients in separate bowl, add wet to dry and gently mix together. Put equal amount into muffin tins. bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes. cool and enjoy
