1 1/2 cups spelt flour
1 1/2 cups wheat bran
1/2 cups ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup prunes
1/2 cup walnuts
1 3/4 cups skim milk
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar

  1. bake 375 for 25-28 mins

  2. mix wet ingredients into dry
