Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins

1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins

mix dry ingredients separately. mix wet ingredients; add wet. bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes. watch so they don't get overbaked.
