1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup splenda
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup flax seed
3 1/2 cups all-bran cereal
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup raisins

Mix. bake std size muffins 400 degrees for ~18 min.
