Full of flavor and fiber. Filling and yummy! I use 2 boxes of Hodgson Mill Bran Muffin Mix (198 grams each)

Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins - pumpkin, raisin, applesauce

198 grams Bran Muffin Mix
198 grams Bran Muffin Mix
1 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
1 cup nonfat milk
2 eggs
15 oz Pumpkin
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
3/4 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins - pumpkin, raisin, applesauce

  1. Preheat oven to 400 / line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.

  2. Place muffin mix into large bowl / add eggs, milk pumpkin, applesauce and spices - mix well

  3. Add raisins and walnuts to mix - stir in / let sit 10 min.

  4. Fill muffin cups to mounded high / use all of the mixture into 12 cups for large muffins.

  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 - 18 minutes / until muffins spring back when pressed in center.

  6. Cool and enjoy!
