Recipe Ingredients for Bran Muffins (Grandma's revised)

1/2 c applesauce
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c molasses
1/2 c egg beaters
1 c low fat milk
1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 c bran

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins (Grandma's revised)

  1. Mix sugar, molasses and applesauce.

  2. Add egg beaters and milk.

  3. Mix in flour, soda, baking power and salt.

  4. Mix in bran.

  5. Fill greased muffin tins (do not use paper liners).

  6. bake 15-20 minutes at 350.
