Recipe Ingredients for bran muffin for personal use

2 cups wheat bran
1 1/4 cup soymilk
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup applesauce
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for bran muffin for personal use

  1. Combine bran and soymilk, let stand for 5 min.

  2. Combine next 4 ingred, set aside

  3. Mix unsweetened applesauce and egg white into bran mixture, stir in flour mixture until just blended.

  4. Spoon into greased muffin pan cups

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 min.
