Recipe Ingredients for Bran Graham Muffins

1 cup All-Bran
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
55 g (1/4 cup packed) brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup raisins
1 egg
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. PAM

Recipe Directions for Bran Graham Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. Combine dry ingredients and raisins. Mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat egg. Add remaining wet ingredients and mix well.

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and mix until just combined.

  5. Put muffin batter in greased muffin tin.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
