fat free, sugar free bran muffins. You can substitute any fruit for the mango, just make sure its not too much more than 1-1.5 cups

Recipe Ingredients for bran fruit muffins

162 grams Wheat Germ
0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 serving White Grape Juice
1 medium raw Mango
1 cup Apple Sauce
1 serving Baking Powder
0.2 cup Multigrain Oatmeal
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for bran fruit muffins

soak wheat germ in white grape juice for ~ 10 minutes. In the meantime cut mango in pieces, set aside. Mix remaining dry ingredients in a bowl, combine applesauce and vanilla extract and mix with the dry ingredients. Sitr in mango pieces and bake at 375F for 18-25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
