Recipe Ingredients for Bran Flax Muffins

40 grams Brown Rice Flour
1 cup White Flour, Unbleached
0.75 cup Oat Bran Hot Cereal
16 tbsp Essential Ground Flaxseed, Organic
8 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Allspice, Ground
1.5 cup, chopped Carrots
2 Apple Apples
0.5 cup Chopped Walnuts
0.75 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 medium Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Bran Flax Muffins

Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Finely chop or grate apple and carrots. Add to wet mixture. Add to dry mixture and stir to blend. Lightly grease 20 muffin holes, or use paper. Bake in 400 degree oven for 18-20 minutes.
