1 cup splenda brown sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup finely shredded carrots
2 finely shredded apples
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup milk, 1%
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
