Bulk barn low fat bran muffin mix with added ground flax seeds, protein powder and greek yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for Bran Date Muffins with Protein Powder

6 serving Bran Date Muffins
1 cup water, hot
12 dates
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
3 tbsp Organic Oikos Greek Yogurt Plain
2 scp Protein Plus Powder Vanilla Butter Cream
1 1/2 tbsp Chia Seed

Recipe Directions for Bran Date Muffins with Protein Powder

  1. Preheat oven to 325

  2. Chop dates and soak in hot water.

  3. In large bowl, measure out 3 cups mix. Add cinnamon and nutmeg.

  4. When oven is ready, add dates with water, vanilla, and yogurt. Mix till combined

  5. Bake 23-25 min

  6. Makes 6 large muffins
