Super easy bran muffins with apricot and banana.

Recipe Ingredients for Bran Cereal Muffins

3 cups Complete
12 tbsp Egg Whites
12 half apricots
0.14 cup walnuts
1 tbsp baking soda
1/2 medium banana
1/4 cup fat free milk

Recipe Directions for Bran Cereal Muffins

  1. First, crush the bran flakes in a large bowl. You can use any bran cereal you like.

  2. Then add the egg whites, cut the apricots into pieces and add them, break the walnuts into pieces and add them, add the baking soda, add chunky pieces of banana, and add the milk. Mix them all together with a spoon.

  3. Then use the spoon to put globs into a muffin pan and bake for at least 35 minutes at around 325.
